Orders $99.00 & up are shipped FREE!*
¹Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's and Foreign Orders Will Have Additional Shipping and/or Handling Charges Quoted and Added to Their Order.
 
Customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Some products, such as live plants and fertilizers, cannot be shipped outside the US. Due to new regulations, some items cannot be shipped into California. 
 
The majority of our orders are shipped within two business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within three business days, you will be notified by e-mail as to the expected shipping date.
 
*Freight Shipping
There will be additional shipping costs on items requiring freight shipping. We will contact you prior to delivery for approval regarding the additional costs. If you would like to inquire about shipping costs on a freight item before placing your order, please call us at 301-476-6896. If your order is shipped via freight, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. The signee will also be responsible for unloading the shipment from the freight truck, carriers do not unload the product or provide lift-gate services. All of our shipments are packaged in easy to manage bundles, making it easy tobreak apart and unload a shipment.
 
Live Plants, Insects, & Fish
Plants, insects & fish are shipped seasonally or only on certain days of the week; so please read your item description carefully for available shipping times as these orders may take a little longer to arrive depending on the day of the week and weather. Worms for composting are shipped the week following the shipment of the composter to allow time to receive and set up the composter before the worms arrive.

Drop Ship Items
Other items are shipped factory direct and these orders typically ship within 3 business days as well,however tracking information may not always be readily available. In such cases we will email you that the item has been shipped and that we are awaiting tracking information. Upon shipment of an order customers will receive an email within 1 business day of the shipment, confirming the ship date and mode of shipment. Tracking numbers are only given when available.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns for unopened or unused items will gladly be accepted by EasyPetFence.com within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at 301-476-6896 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for the order. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment as well as any freight costs incurred for the outbound shipment. There is also a 10% restocking fee applied total returned items.

Warranty Information 
EasyPetFence.com stands behind the products sold through the website and will honor any warranties or guarantees within 30 days of purchase. Any problems that arise after this period should be directed to the manufacturer for resolution. Most warranty information can be found on the instruction manual for your product.

Order Updates
EasyPetFence.com uses USPS for small orders and Fed-Ex for medium-sized to large-sized orders. Below is the tracking map to help customers track packages using Fed-Ex. Please note that small packages using USPS shipping method take approximately 2 additional days to receive.

Returns

You may return mostly new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact us at 301-476-6896 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for the order; and let us know the issue with the product(s). The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the return shipment as well as any freight costs incurred for the outbound shipment. There is also a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
